RDI: Government Information Technology Services
Rothe Development’s Government Information Technology Services Branch provides the best in IT solutions and communication center operations. We have a combined knowledge base of over 70 years, regarding Information Technology. Our staff consists of dedicated MCSEs, MCSAs, Microsoft Office Specialists, HP ASEs, CCNAs, MCPs, A+ Technicians, and support personnel, who are available 24/7 to provide support and guidance to our clients. Our capabilities combined with those of our affiliate Rothe Enterprises, produce a synergism which make us a team which will meet and in most cases exceed the daily operating requirements and effectively react to any contingencies which may occur.

Information Technology/Communications-Computer Systems Services, Minneapolis St Paul ARS, Minnesota
RDI has been operating the BNCC at Minneapolis St Paul ARS since 1987. We provide the following services: Customer Service Help Desk, Computer Network Operations, Base Telephone, Communications Infrastructure Support, Communications Security (COMSEC) Accounting, Radio Equipment/Spectrum Management, Visual Information Systems Management, and Publications and Forms Management. NCC services include the 934th AW LAN administration, LAN hardware support and maintenance, base Webmaster duties, Defense Message Systems (DMS) and Exchange electronic mail administration, operation of a consolidated help desk, small computer maintenance support, Joint Computer Aided Acquisition and Logistics System (JCALS) administration, operation of the base software-training center, and functional COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO) duties and associated controlling authority responsibilities for the internal SIPRNET point-to-point classified circuits.
Information Assurance duties include administering the Wing COMSEC Account
and Cryptographic Access Programs. Mission Systems management includes maintaining the demarcation and circuit access point for all telecommunications for supported units (AFRC, USAR, MN ANG, USNR & USMCR, and tenant organizations) maintenance of the Nortel 81C Digital Switching System (w/two remote processing units) inside and outside cable plant management, base switchboard operation, ground radio/Land Mobile Radio (LMR), and frequency management. Rothe Development, Inc. provides direct support for the installation and maintenance of the 88th Regional Support Command (United States Army Reserve) telephone system and associated interior wiring.
Information Technology Services Support to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
RDI has provided Information Technology services to DISA since 1999. DISA provides a wide range of computer services to DoD organizations. Type of services currently
provided to DISA includes Project Management. Throughout our support history with DISA, we have provided support in the areas of Windows server administration, mainframe
operations and administration, Email administration, system security administration, network administration, PC desktop administration, marketing, and facilities maintenance
functions. Customers, applications, projects, and computing platforms that we have supported in the past on behalf of DISA include: Metropolitan Area Network project
implementation; DCPDS (Defense Civilian Personnel Data System) for hundreds of military and DOD sites worldwide for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, National Guard,
Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO), Defense Finance and Accounting (DFAS),
Defense Investigative Service (DIS), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA), DOD Education Agency (DODEA),DOD Inspector General (DODIG), Executive
Office of The President (EOP),Headquarters Defense Information Service Agency (HQ DISA), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), United Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS),
US Information Agency (USIA), US Soldiers and Airmen's Home (USSAH), and Washington Headquarters Service (WHS). Furthermore, RDI has provided mainframe and Unix system
administration functions in support of the National Air and Space Administration (NASA) and the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).

Electronic Communication Maintenance to include Workload Control, perform all maintenance on: Air Traffic Control (ATC) electronic communications equipment and associated antennas, PA equipment,
Falcon CCTV equipment, Television production/studio equipment, TVD equipment, PWC equipment and all audiovisual equipment. Perform Software Engineering And System Support for Cadet Administrative
Management Information System (CAMIS).
Manage Telephone Management Administration Support perform customer service and administrative support for the 10th Communication Squadron Telephone Systems
Management (SCMT) Section. Operate Base Information Transfer Center (BITC) to provide official mail service to USAFA and tenant organizations, provide pick-up/delivery, and metering services to
include accountable mail management and directory service. Manage the Publications And Forms Management Programs including review, coordination editing, and publishing all USAFA publications,
periodicals and nonrecurring pamphlets, analyzing, designing, and numbering all USAFA forms and approve reprints and overprints of existing forms IAW AFI 37-161, maintain the USAFA electronic
Publications and Forms website. Provide Media Services to include graphics, photography, audio/visual production services, audio/visual equipment self-help, and presentation and public address
services.
