REI offers a full range of services in manufacturing, machining, sheet metal production and (NEWLY ADDED) aerospace sewed fabrics (soft goods) design and fabrication. Our quality system was audited by Lockheed Martin on 2 December 2009 to determine our suitability as a supplier for Lockheed Martin programs. The audit revealed no findings and qualified Rothe as fully approved for AS9100, Q4M (which allows Rothe to qualify subcontractors for Lockheed Martin work), and ANSI Z540-1 Part II (which approves our manufacturing calibration program). Quality Manager is ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).

Rothe maintains current registration with the U.S. State Department for meeting requirements of the Arms Export Control Act (ACEA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Through the years, we have established an excellent reputation as a Houston machine shop that provides quick turnaround for fabricated and machined parts that are produced from all categories of metals (exotic metals included) to hybrid aerospace synthetic materials. For our customers that require high quality production machining, sheet metal fabrication & assembly or proof-of-concept prototyping, REI will meet the challenge and welcome the opportunity to ensure that customer requirements, ideas and concepts become a reality.

As an added convenience to our government and commercial clients, we also offer in-house Engineering & Design Services and Calibration & Metrology Services as well as an in house Quality Inspection Department.
