Rothe Development, Inc. and Joint Venture Partner X-Technologies (DBA RX Joint Venture)
received pre-award notice to participate on the Alliant SB contract issued by the General Service Agency
(GSA) for Information Technology Support. Alliant Small Business has an estimated value of $15 billion over 10
years. The Alliant SB contract offers management and technical support services. It lets U.S government agencies
buy complex information technology products under a pre-competed multiple-award, indefinite-delivery,
indefinite-quantity contract.
